Spring Maintenance & Seasonal Cleanup Price List

Professional Gardening & Pruning (with Old South's Horticulturist) – $60/hour

Invite Old South's certified Horticulturist into your garden for a thorough cleaning and detailed analysis. A written analysis with recommendations to improve/maintain the health of the garden is provided for the client. 2 hour minimum (including both cleaning and analysis).

Top Dress – $195 (First Yard)

Includes soil & grass seed. Additional yards – $120/yd.

Mulch – $145 (First Yard)

Includes delivery, installation & clean-up. Additional yards – $95/yd.

Roll & Aerate – $75 to $120

Rolling & aerating is available during one designated week in spring, and one designated week in fall. Please inquire for specific dates.

• $120 – Properties less than 8,000 sq. ft.
• $75 – Properties less than 2,000 sq. ft.

Sod – $1.50 / Sq.Ft. (Estimate)

Price is subject to modification based on current condition of the area. Price includes installation and disposal.

Brush Removal – $100 / Load

Brush must be less than 4" thick. Based on a 5' x 10' trailer.

All services include disposal of organic matter. While there is no additional disposal fee, travel time will be considered as part of the hourly rate. Prices subject to change.
